John Coleman has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering and programming. John began their career in 2004 as a Contract Programmer Analyst for ESP Solutions, where they created a 200+ table staging database in PostgreSQL. In 2005, they joined Oklahoma Supreme Court as an Application Developer, working on a major revision of the Oklahoma Court Information System (OCIS) and several supporting internal applications. In 2007, they moved to LexisNexis as a Software Engineer, part of a four-developer team that upgraded the Federal Bankruptcy Courts data entry application. In 2009, they returned to Oklahoma Supreme Court as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Technical Lead for the IJIS (Integrated Justice Information Systems) program. In 2014, they joined Addison Group as a Senior Developer, assigned to Chesapeake Energy. Finally, in 2016, they were hired as a Senior Software Engineer at Works24.
John Coleman attended Austin Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Computer Programming.
