Ashley Spetch

Ashley Spetch, Ph.D., has extensive work experience in the field of workplace mental health and organizational wellness. Most recently, they served as the Chief Mental Health Officer at WorkSafeBC, where they developed an evidence-based strategy to support workers' psychological health. Prior to that, Dr. Spetch worked at Homewood Health as the Vice President of Workplace Health and Research, overseeing organizational research and knowledge dissemination initiatives. Ashley also held the position of Director of Organizational Wellness, leading a multinational department providing consulting services in organizational development and wellness. Additionally, Dr. Spetch managed a network of work-life service providers and programs as the Manager of Plan Smart at Homewood Health. Ashley has also worked as a Facilitator at VirBELA, providing team building and coaching services in a virtual environment. Dr. Spetch has experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Alliant International University and as a Senior Consultant at the Organizational Consulting Center.

Ashley Spetch, Ph.D. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia in 2005. Following that, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Consulting Psychology at Alliant International University from 2008 to 2011. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University from 2011 to 2015.
