Dylan Bird

Dylan Bird is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy management and innovation across multiple organizations, including WorkSafeBC and Technical Safety BC. As Director of Strategy Management at WorkSafeBC since May 2023, Dylan oversees enterprise strategy management, governance, and facilitates strategic decision-making processes with the executive team. Prior to this role, Dylan served as Leader of Digital Innovation at Technical Safety BC, where innovative technology solutions and structured experimentation were implemented to enhance business operations. With a background in strategic planning and innovation from previous positions at WorkSafeBC and as an instructor at Douglas College, Dylan combines academic excellence with practical expertise, holding a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.
