James Wang

James Wang, CPA(CMA), currently serves as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at WorkSafeBC, where improvements in efficiency and accuracy of monthly reconciliations have been achieved through the development of customized user-friendly applications utilizing VBA, Excel, and Access DB. Prior roles include Assistant Controller at iPlayCo and Corporate Accountant at Larco Investment Ltd., with responsibilities encompassing month-end working papers, inter-company transactions, and general ledger reconciliations. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Simon Fraser University and is pursuing a degree in Applied Software Development at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. James is a Certified Management Accountant of BC, maintaining certification from 2008 to 2021.
