John Fraser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety consulting and account management. At WorkSafeBC, from January 2007 to January 2014, Fraser held multiple roles including Focus on Safety Program Manager, where responsibilities included designing and managing safety consulting programs and coaching safety professionals. As Account Management Team Lead, Fraser oversaw the provincial account management program, while also serving as a Key Account Performance Consultant, focusing on safety culture, disability management, and executive relationship building. Additional roles included Client Service Manager and Employer Performance Consultant, both emphasizing safety culture transformation and performance improvement for large employers.
