Lyle Bowman possesses extensive experience in Agile project management and release engineering, notably serving as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer at WorkSafeBC from December 2017 to January 2020. In this role, Lyle was responsible for planning and facilitating program-level ceremonies for an Agile Release Train consisting of five teams, as well as generating metrics to enhance business value delivery. Additionally, prior experience includes a tenure at BC Tel from September 1984 to November 1997 as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst.
