Mark Turner

Mark Turner is an experienced IT security professional with over 24 years of service at WorkSafeBC, where roles have included Senior Manager of IT Security & End User Technology and Senior Manager of IT Security and Risk. In these senior management positions, Mark has been responsible for developing and overseeing strategies to mitigate information security risk and providing strategic direction for the IT Security and Risk Management department. Additionally, Mark has held managerial roles in various technology departments, focusing on operational leadership across IT Security Operations, Unified Communications, and Messaging Collaboration. Prior to WorkSafeBC, Mark gained expertise as a Support Analyst at London Drugs. Mark holds a degree in Business Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
