Randy Tibbits

Randy Tibbits is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Transformation Lead and Senior Project Manager at WorkSafeNB/Travail sécuritaire NB since May 2020, Randy has previously held the position of Regional Lead for the Project Management Office at Horizon Health Network from August 2018 to May 2020. Randy’s career began at Xerox, where various roles spanned from Senior Service Technician to Continuous Improvement Consultant over nearly three decades. Randy holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and an Electronic Technology degree from New Brunswick Community College, complemented by a high school diploma from Minto Memorial.
