Sierra Ballard

Sierra Ballard is a finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the accounting field. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at WORKSHOP since October 2018, Sierra has demonstrated leadership in financial management and operational strategy. Prior experience includes working as a Certified Public Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP from December 2014 to October 2018 and as a Tax Intern/Consultant at Deloitte from January 2014 to November 2014. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
