LJ McIntosh

LJ McIntosh has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. They started their career in 2017 as an Event Marketing Team Member at IMG, where they were responsible for contacting teams to join tournaments, editing press releases, and creating marketing materials. They then went on to work as a Site Supervisor at Omaha Sports Academy, overseeing event logistics and resolving any issues. Around the same time, they also served as a Social Media Marketing Intern at SportsID, Inc., where they gained skills in creating social media plans, tracking analytics, and creating engaging content.

In 2017, LJ joined Omaha Steaks as an Inbound Sales representative before transitioning to a Personal Trainer/Coach role at The Factory in 2017, where they helped clients achieve their fitness goals. They then joined Flywheel in 2018, starting as a Sales Development Representative and quickly earning the distinction of Rookie of the Year. They progressed to an Account Executive role, connecting with new customers, managing pipelines, and educating them on products and workflows. In 2021, LJ became a Sales Team Lead at WP Engine, where they continued to lead and mentor a sales team.

Alongside their professional career, LJ also gained experience in the field of education as the Freshmen Boys Basketball Coach at Skutt Catholic High School, starting in 2018. They demonstrated their leadership skills by guiding and training young athletes. Additionally, in 2022, they joined Sprout Social, Inc. as a Corporate Account Executive, where they were responsible for managing corporate accounts.

Most recently, LJ landed a Senior BDR role at Workshop in 2023, where they contribute their expertise in business development and foster new opportunities for the company. Throughout their career, LJ has consistently shown dedication, leadership, and a strong focus on achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.

LJ McIntosh completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication (Sports Information) from Lindenwood University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas-Pan American in 2013-2014, majoring in Mass Communication (Sports Information). For their secondary education, LJ McIntosh attended Marist High School in Chicago from 2009 to 2013. Apart from their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Management Foundations: Advanced Applications," "Acting Decisively," "Becoming a Manager Your Team Loves," "Developing Assertive Leadership," "Leadership Foundations," "Leadership Fundamentals," and "Management Foundations" in 2021.
