Sam Titone

Bringing nearly a decade of experience to the Workshop/APD team, Sam enjoys developing designs from conceptual and schematic design to construction coordination and completion. He searches for opportunities to reflect and reset outdoors, finding the balanced perspective to create beautifully efficient and environmentally conscious properties. An avid surfer, Sam translates a passion for the ocean into properties with a holistic coastal narrative. A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, Sam holds a BFA in architecture and a Master of Architecture.
