Aaron Howe has worked for six companies since 2000. Their first role was as a Grocery Stock Clerk - Cashier - Service Clerk at D&W Food Centers from 2000 to 2004. Aaron then founded A Squared Tech and worked as a Technology Specialist from 2004 to 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they worked for Genuine Parts Company in various roles, including Area Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Customer Care Associate, and Parts Counter Salesperson. In 2012, they began working for Needle as a Norton Product Expert. In 2021, they joined Hover as part of the Community Engagement Team. Most recently, they have been working as a Computer Lab Engineer for Worksighted since 2022.

Aaron Howe has an education history beginning with a High School Diploma from Northview High School, obtained in 2004. Aaron then attended Kent Career Tech Center, where they obtained their A+ Certification & Windows Networking in 2004. Aaron then attended Grand Rapids Community College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned 61 Credit Hours in Computer Applications Technology. In 2014, they obtained a Google for Education Basics Exam from Google. In 2011, they obtained an ASE Parts Specialist (P2) from ASE - National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. In 2015, they obtained a LEAD Store Manager Training Program from NAPA AUTO PARTS. In 2022, they obtained a CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification from CompTIA, an IT Service Desk: Service Management from LinkedIn, and a Google IT Support Certificate from Google. Aaron is currently enrolled in Udemy, where they are working towards a Certificate in Information Technology.
