Sam Dickson

Sam Dickson began their career in 2012 as a Cryptology Technician Technical with the US Navy. In 2018, they moved to the Defense Logistics Agency as a Material Handler. In 2019, they joined Armstrong World Industries as a Service Desk Technician. In 2020, they began working with Apex Systems as an IT Support Specialist. Sam currently works as an Express Lane Engineer with Worksighted.

Sam Dickson attended MyComputerCareer from 2019 to 2020, where they earned an Information Technology Systems Administrator degree in the field of Information Technology. Sam then attended Western Governors University from 2022 to 2025, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Data Management/Data Analytics. In addition, Sam has obtained certifications from PeopleCert, CompTIA, Linux Professional Institute, and Microsoft, including ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA Server+, Linux Essentials, Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals (MTA), CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Security Fundamentals.
