In 2020, they joined Worksighted, Inc. as a Client Service Team Engineer.

Todd M. began their educational journey at Oakland Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in General Education from 1998 to 2003. Todd then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from Capella University from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Todd M. has two certifications; a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft obtained in December 2021, and a CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA obtained in March 2006.
