Brian Wagner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership, system management, and project implementation. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at WorkSmart since February 2019, Brian manages and supports Windows and Mac desktops and Windows Servers. Brian's earlier experience as IT Manager at OFM, Inc. included engineering a datacenter that significantly increased company transactions without system impact. With a background that encompasses business systems, infrastructure design, and help desk support, Brian has contributed to various organizations such as KIOTI Tractor, SAS, and Airwell-Fedders North America. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Electronics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
