Brannon Lacey

Brannon Lacey is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in technology and business strategy. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Worksoft since March 2024, Lacey previously held the CEO position at Arcserve from October 2021 to March 2024. Prior roles include President of PeopleScout and Alight Solutions, where Lacey led transformative initiatives and contributed to significant P&L responsibilities. Notable earlier positions include Senior Vice President at Rackspace, overseeing multiple global business units, and various strategic roles at CrowdStrike, Samsung Venture Investment, and Accenture. Lacey holds an MBA in Finance and Technology from Columbia Business School and a BSBA in Entrepreneurship and MIS from the University of Arizona.
