Lisa Hull, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPC, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Worksoft, leading the global People and Culture team since January 2025. Prior roles include Sr. Director of People & Culture at Critical Start from December 2022 to January 2025, as well as various positions including Director and Senior Manager of People Business Partner. At NETSCOUT, Lisa managed Human Resources Business Partner functions for R&D, G&A, and Operations from August 2017 to December 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Halff Associates, where responsibilities spanned all aspects of Human Resources, and Limestone Ranch Apartments as Assistant Manager. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behaviors and Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas, attained between 2008 and 2012.
