Frics Simon Webb

Simon Webb, FRICS has a strong work experience in the real estate industry. Simon started their career as a surveyor at Richard Brudenell in 1995 and worked there until 1998. Then, they joined Drivers Jonas Deloitte as a surveyor in 1998 and stayed there until 1999. In the same year, they moved to Donaldsons where they worked as a surveyor. Currently, Simon holds the position of Head of Leasing at Workspace Group since 1999.

Simon Webb, FRICS, attended Bishop Wordsworth's School from 1984 to 1991. Simon then pursued their undergraduate studies at UCL from 1991 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Geography. Following this, they furthered their education at the University of Reading from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Land Management.

In terms of professional certifications, Simon Webb obtained the MRICS designation from RICS in 1997 and later achieved the FRICS designation in 2006, both without specific information regarding the months these certifications were obtained.
