Lauren Webb

Lauren Webb is a seasoned professional in merchant services and account management with extensive experience spanning over eight years. Currently serving as the Director of Merchant Services at Workstand since February 2017, Lauren has held various leadership roles including Agency Director, Agency Manager, and Account Team Manager. Prior to Workstand, Lauren was an Account Director and Project Manager at SecretPenguin, where responsibilities included brand management for 25 clients, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing project communications. Earlier experience includes roles at Harvest Retail Marketing, where Lauren managed accounts, developed marketing plans, and significantly increased social media engagement. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Media Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
