Julia Joggerst

Julia Joggerst is the Vice President of Operations at WorkStep. Prior to joining WorkStep, Julia spent six years in various leadership roles at CommonBond.co, a financial technology company. There, Julia created and led the Partnership Success Team, which was responsible for onboarding and engaging with over 300 corporate partners and their employees and clients. Julia also led operations for CommonBond's SaaS products, including the payments product and an online financial wellness tool. In addition, Julia launched and managed strategic partnerships with Empower and MassMutual.

Before their time at CommonBond, Julia worked as a management consultant at PwC Advisory, where they consulted on growth strategy, organizational strategy, business operations and process improvement, and customer experience and Voice of the Customer.

Prior to their consulting career, Julia was a Fellow and Team Lead at InSITE, an entrepreneurial mentorship program that brings together top students from Columbia and NYU Business and Law schools, highly promising New York area based start-ups, and leading NYC-based venture capitalists to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in New York City.

Julia Joggerst has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business with a focus in entrepreneurship and finance. Julia also has a BA from Tufts University in English and Communications. Julia also studied abroad in Madrid at New York University. Julia went to Rye Country Day School.
