Max Farrell is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur known for transforming communication within the trucking industry through the founding of WorkHound in 2015, where Farrell served as CEO and Co-Founder until its acquisition by WorkStep in 2025. At WorkStep, Farrell currently acts as an Advisor, guiding the leadership team following the acquisition and fostering connections within the sales and marketing sectors. Previously, Farrell held the role of VP, Partnerships at WorkHound, driving integration efforts and supporting growth strategies.
