Deanna Tharpe

Deanna Tharpe is a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience in radio broadcasting and network development. They began their career at CarePhil Communications, where they served as On-Air/Program Director and Office Manager from 1996 to 2001. Deanna has held various leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, including Executive Director positions at both the Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society and Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action. Currently, they are the Occ Med Network Development Manager at WorkSTEPS, a position they have held since 2020. Deanna studied at East Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1995.
