Larry Feeler

Larry Feeler is the founder and CEO of WorkSTEPS and Odessa Physical Therapy, with over four decades of experience in the field of physical therapy and medical testing. They lead one of the largest private practice physical therapy clinics and the biggest medical/functional testing company in the United States. Larry was the first physical therapist to pass the national registry certification for transportation physicals and co-developed the first job analysis software validated according to federal requirements. An accomplished author, they have published numerous peer-reviewed studies on medical and functional testing.
