Max Wang is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. As Co-Founder and CTO of Workstream since October 2016, Max has been instrumental in developing an AI-powered HR platform targeting companies that employ hourly workers across various industries. Prior to this, Max co-founded VC.CN, a prominent platform in China akin to AngelList and Crunchbase, where the role of Co-Founder and CTO was held from July 2011 to July 2016. Max's earlier career includes contributions as a Software Engineer at Sinovation Ventures, where web systems were built using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and MySQL, and as a Research Assistant at the National Counterfeit Engineering and Research Center, focusing on digital image processing and machine learning.
