Nicoleta Capatana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, legal operations, and business management. Currently serving as the Global Manager of Finance, Legal, and APAC Operations at Workstream since August 2021, Nicoleta is a founding member of the team that developed innovative hiring software for the hourly workforce. In addition, Nicoleta co-founded moneySaver.be, a leading financial comparison platform in Belgium, and previously held various roles at Workstream, including Business Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager, where significant partnerships were established with major corporate clients.
