Roman Decca

Roman Decca is a seasoned Senior Product Manager currently at Workstream since March 2024, previously holding the same title at Indeed.com from September 2020 to May 2023, where new product origination and design thinking were key focuses. A notable achievement includes filing a patent in June 2022 for a machine learning-based product to enhance job postings. Earlier experience includes serving as Product & Strategy Manager at Lyft, where fleet operations were optimized, and as Principal, Product & Strategy at Ice911 Research, where climate change mitigation initiatives were led. Roman also contributed as Chief Business Officer & Chief Financial Officer for the Stanford Solar Car Team, securing record funding for a solar-powered car project. Roman holds a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
