Michelle Strickler

Michelle Strickler, CRISC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity compliance and audit services. Currently serving as a Sr. Cybersecurity Compliance Manager at Workstreet since December 2024, Michelle previously held roles at Strike Graph, contributing as both a Customer Experience Strategist and Sr Compliance Content Strategist from October 2020 to December 2024. An independent consultant at Strickler & Associates from August 2015 to October 2020, Michelle specialized in Microsoft SSPA preparation, ISO 27k readiness assistance, and SOC2 assessment. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Symetra as Director of Audit Services, and at Outerwall as Corporate SOX & Compliance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed SOX compliant processes and internal control activities. A career that began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Michelle holds a Master's in Accountancy from San José State University and a degree in Art History from the University of Washington.
