Eric Goldsmith

Eric Goldsmith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric is currently working as a Product Manager at WorkTango Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TVO as a Product Manager, Digital & Innovation from October 2021 to April 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Eric worked at Myplanet as a Senior Product Manager. Eric'srole involved product management and delivery management, collaborating with clients, designers, developers, and testers to deliver web and mobile products. Eric was responsible for creating product vision, defining key metrics, and ensuring successful delivery.

Before that, Eric worked at TELUS Digital in various roles. As a Scrum Master from April 2016 to October 2016, they coached teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and facilitated growth opportunities. Eric also served as a Product Owner from July 2015 to April 2016, leading the digital strategy for the Sales & Marketing portfolio.

Eric's earlier experiences include working as a Content & Digital Operations Specialist at Canadian Tire from January 2014 to July 2015. Here, they combined UX design and project management to drive development and act as a Proxy Product Owner. Eric also contributed to enterprise architecture projects and governance as a Business Analyst Coop and Governance Analyst Coop at Canadian Tire in earlier years.

Additionally, Eric has experience working as a Customer Service Representative at Blockbuster and as a Summer Sports Camp Leader at the City of Toronto.

Eric Goldsmith attended St. Agatha from 1996 to 2004 for their primary education. Eric then enrolled at Neil McNeil High School from 2004 to 2008, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Subsequently, Eric pursued higher education at the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree with a focus on Computer Science & Economics. In terms of certifications, they became a Professional Scrum Master I in April 2021 through Scrum.org and obtained the Certified LeSS Practitioner certification from The LeSS Company in February 2019.
