John McDonald has been the Director of Production at Worktank since January 2004. John oversees live and post production content, logistics, talent and vendor partnership initiatives. John has directed projects, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring consistent deliverables. John has managed, trained and developed cross-functional teams, providing knowledge, resources and support. John has exceeded performance objectives, resulting in increased responsibilities and promotion.

John McDonald has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Syracuse University and an Associate's degree in Recording Engineering from Full Sail University.

Their manager is Leslie Rugaber, CEO. They work with Brian Snyder - Senior Director of Technology, Strategy & Solutions, Marcy Stringfellow - Director of Client Services, and Evan Sadler - Director of Content Solutions.
