Pete Saia is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at The New York Times since May 2020, Pete works on production runtimes, distributed systems, and edge computing. As a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at WorkTaps, initiated in September 2018, Pete focuses on developing employee referral software specifically designed for the hourly workforce.
