2020: A team of UC Berkeley and UCLA grads founded a 501c nonprofit organization that helped BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) students secure internships with the best companies in the world in the areas of consulting, investing, and technology at a 100% internship rate. 
2022: We were selected for the UCLA Social Enterprise Academy to help us create a sustainable revenue generating venture that would enable us to scale our impact throughout the nation. 
2023: WorkUp, a for-profit social enterprise, began undergoing development. 
2024: WorkUp goes live and leverages state of the art technology to offer video job listings, AI agents for auto-applying, an AI resume builder, ATS match checks, job-specific AI resume generation, AI interview preparation, and personalized coaching that guides students/grads through the recruitment process from start to finish.
