Workverse (formerly X Billion Skills Lab) is building talent for the 5th industrial revolution where Humans and Machines will collaborate. Automation is already being employed for rote tasks i.e functions that are data driven and repetitive. Jobs for humans across domains will require mastery over generalist skills like critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, storytelling and emotional intelligence. These are skills and abilities which cannot be ‘taught’ in conventional classroom settings where the learner plays a passive role.

That’s where our solution comes in. In the Workverse, learners are at the centre of all the action and navigate the world of work through a character they play. The structured journey takes them through 100+ workplace scenarios that let them truly experience how organizations run in the real world. So by the end of the program, they haven’t just acquired knowledge - they’ve also understood exactly how to contextualize and apply it in situations they are bound to face in the near future.

By ingraining these workplace skills before they even step into their first workplace, learners gain a massive edge over lakhs of other candidates. This means more job opportunities, more leadership positions, and more growth that can take their career to new heights! Now, that’s what we call a future-ready workforce for the nation.

Having already trained 100k+ happy learners in the past, we are on a mission to raise 1 million more future leaders who possess generalist skills needed to succeed in the age of AI. If this vision lights you up, join us in revolutionizing the employment landscape of India.
