Cara Cullivan has been working in the customer service and customer experience fields since 2015. Cara began their career as a Customer Service Official at AIB in 2015. In 2016, they held two positions simultaneously: Senior Associate, Client Solutions (APAC) at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) and Education Services at NTK Academic Group. In 2019, they moved to Kubicle as an Implementation Specialist. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Project Manager at Workvivo.
Cara Cullivan received their Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Gender and Women's Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 2014. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theirtory with Ancient Theirtory and Archaeology from Trinity College Dublin in 2013. In addition, they obtained a TESOL certification from INTESOL WORLDWIDE LIMITED in November 2015.
