Conor Bowdren

Conor Bowdren currently serves as a Customer Support Associate at Workvivo, a position held since June 2023, following a tenure as a Customer Operations Intern from March 2022 to August 2022. During the internship, Conor was a part of the Customer Operations & Experience team, focusing on IT-related customer support, managing queries via Zendesk, conducting SQL reports on user activity, and assisting with Azure AD and Okta IT setups. Conor holds a degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, earned between 2019 and 2023.
