Steven Buck is an HR Tech leader, consultant, and speaker with over 25 years of experience in organisational development, employee engagement, and HR technology. Currently serving as an Employee Insights Leader at Workvivo by Zoom, Steven previously held roles at Microsoft as a Principal People Scientist and at LinkedIn as Regional Director of People Science for EMEA. They have also contributed to firms like Kenexa, CEB (now Gartner), and Towers Perrin, where they built businesses and led teams while consulting on complex global client engagements.
