Wayne Speight

Wayne Speight has over 10 years of work experience in the field of Product Management. Wayne began their career in 2011 as a Senior Business Analyst for Experian's Global Products Team/Global Client Services. In this role, they were involved in requirements gathering, reviews and planning sessions with cross-functional teams both internally and in the EMEA Region. Wayne also assisted in building project plans and software release schedules to align with regional delivery timelines for regional clients. In 2015, they moved to Rakuten Kobo Inc. as a Product Manager. In 2016, they took on a similar role at Vearsa, before joining Zyte (formerly Scrapinghub) in 2017 as a Product Manager and Project Manager - Product Development. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Workvivo as a Product Manager.

Wayne Speight has an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Munster Technological University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Legal Studies, General from Cork College of Commerce between 2004 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Wayne has also obtained several certifications, including a PMP® Certification Training Course from Invensis Learning in 2019, a Design Thinking Masterclass from IRDG Innovation Network in 2017, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Udemy in 2016, Requirements Management and Use Cases Training from Web Age Solutions in 2014, and a CSPO from Scrum Alliance in 2014.
