Charles Buccola

Charles Buccola started their work experience in 2011 as a Store Manager for The Wireless Experience, where they met and exceeded all sales goals and trained new employees. Charles then worked at TD as a Licensed Financial Service Representative, where they were the top sales performer and implemented strategies that increased investment revenue by 300%. Charles later became a Store Manager at GameStop, bringing the lowest performing store in the district up to top performer status. Charles then worked at Sprint as a Lead Retail Consultant, responsible for training staff, meeting sales goals, and achieving a promotion to the management program. Charles also worked at Bank of America as a Relationship Manager, focusing on sales and training staff on client relationships. At Santander Bank, they were a Licensed Relationship Banker and sales manager, deepening client relationships with banking, insurance, and investment solutions. Currently, Charles works at WorkWave as a Fleet Software Support and Success Lead, managing support teams and handling client escalations while also being a Technical Writer.

Charles Buccola attended Stockton University from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Computer Science. Charles completed 3 years of study and earned the equivalent of an Associates degree.
