Jaime Garra

Jaime Garra has extensive experience in talent acquisition and career services, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at WorkWave since November 2015. In this role, Jaime contributes to empowering customers in field service management through innovative software solutions within a remote-first Global Work Community. Previously, Jaime held various positions at Lincoln Technical Institute, including Assistant Director of Career Services, focusing on helping graduates secure employment in allied health and computer network fields. Additional experience includes roles at eStaffing Solutions Group, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Recruiter and at Global Employment Solutions as an Executive Recruiter, managing the full recruitment process. Jaime earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fabric Styling from the Fashion Institute of Technology and completed high school at Shore Regional High School.
