Jeff Putka

Jeff Putka serves as the Director of Product Design at WorkWave since September 2025, where responsibilities include driving the evolution of AI-driven SaaS product experiences and leading a design team to deliver innovative solutions. Putka has extensive experience with the Air National Guard, managing training programs for Airmen, and previously held senior roles at AvidXchange, Inc. and Eli Lilly and Company, where accomplishments included developing enterprise design systems and fostering collaboration across teams. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts and Science from Indiana University Indianapolis.
