Kristina Waelde

Kristina Waelde has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to customer success, implementation, and project management. Kristina is currently the Director of Onboarding, Implementation & Training at WorkWave, where they are responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and successful implementation of their software products. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Implementation Customer Success at Real Green Systems.

From 2017 to 2020, Kristina served as the Manager of Deployment Operations at Verint, where they led a team that ensured efficient and accurate software launches and customer care. During their time there, they achieved year-over-year increases in project deliveries and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction.

Before Verint, Kristina worked at ForeSee from 2010 to 2017, where they held various roles including Senior Launch Expert, Senior Satisfaction Research Analyst, and Satisfaction Research Analyst. In these positions, they managed multiple project implementations simultaneously, developed successful processes for managing large-scale government contracts, and provided valuable insights to clients on improving customer satisfaction.

Prior to ForeSee, Kristina worked as a Senior Research Manager at J.D. Power and Associates, where they supported major OEMs in identifying opportunities for improvement based on customer satisfaction insights and market trends. Kristina also gained experience as a Senior Consumer/Market Research Analyst at Johnson Controls Automotive.

Kristina Waelde obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile and Apparel Technology with a focus on Computer Aided Design from Western Michigan University between 1993 and 1996. In 2005, they took courses in Statistics I and II at the University of Phoenix. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Disney's Approach to Leadership Excellence from the Disney Institute.
