Pete Harmon

Pete Harmon has over 20 years of work experience, comprising various leadership roles in operations, customer support, and project management. Pete is currently the Director of Service Center Operations at WorkWave, where they oversee daily operations and leads a team to exceed client expectations. Previously, Pete worked as a Project Manager at AllenComm, managing successful learning and development projects for Fortune 500 companies. Pete also served as an Operations Leader at Praxair, where they focused on customer experience and sales support. Prior to that, Pete was the Executive Director of Support & Operations at The Highmark Group, responsible for strategic partnerships and delivering superior products. Pete has also held leadership positions at Devcon Security, Convergys, Basic Research, American Landscape, and Modus Media International. Pete has a proven track record of driving collaboration, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing processes.

Pete Harmon earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they attended from 1994 to 1999.
