Patrick Arrastia

Patrick Arrastia has extensive experience in customer service operations and project management, currently serving as the CS Operations Manager at Workwell Technologies since December 2021, where responsibilities include Zendesk administration and AI/chatbot management. Prior to this role, Patrick held multiple positions at Workwell Technologies from January 2014 to July 2019, including Director of Client Services and Client Services Manager. Additionally, Patrick worked at CrowdStreet as a Project Manager and Customer Care Manager from July 2019 to June 2020, and earlier in their career, held the role of AV Technician/Production Coordinator at Rhino Staging from April 2005 to September 2016. Education was pursued at Palomar College.
