Vicky G. Lee has a diverse work experience in the real estate development and architectural design field. Vicky began their career as a Summer Intern Architect at WCIT Architecture in 2004. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Project Manager and Designer at Torti Gallas and Partners, Inc. During their time there, they collaborated with colleagues to develop a new design process that emphasized ecological, economic, and cultural sustainability in urban development.

In 2014, Vicky worked as an MBA Summer Associate at AvalonBay Communities, gaining experience in development. Vicky then joined Focus in 2015 as a Development Manager and progressively advanced to Associate Vice President, Vice President, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development. At Focus, they led the company's expansion into the southeast region and oversaw real estate development and architectural design activities, ensuring each development met its business plans.

Vicky G. Lee obtained their Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Graduate Minor in Real Estate through the Baker Program at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2013 to 2015.
