Workz is a change agency.

We help large organisations carry out change management, strategy execution and the development of organisational culture.

How? We strongly believe in active participant involvement and design. We use simulations, storytelling and process tools as a supplement to our consultancy services – whether online or offline, locally or globally.

Our tools and consultancy services are used by some of the largest organisations in the Nordic countries, including leading businesses within the finance, service, medical, food, energy and shipping sectors.

We also offer a broad portfolio of generic learning games and process tools within subjects such as change management, project management and strategy execution through our network of international partners. Furthermore, we are specialists in designing tailored learning concepts adapted to the challenges faced by an individual organisation.

Please contact us if you want to enquire about our consulting services or if you are interested in joining our network of international partners.
