The Customer Success Team at Workzone ensures clients effectively utilize our online project management software by providing expert guidance, training sessions, and personalized support. The team, led by the Director Of Customer Success and the Director Of Training & Support, consists of three dedicated Customer Success Managers who proactively address client needs, foster strong relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
