Mark Chay

Mark Chay serves as the Chief Development Officer at the Global Esports Federation, managing financial, legal, and administrative operations while overseeing membership growth and GEF commissions. Mark has also held significant roles such as Executive Director for the inaugural Global Esports Games 2021, achieving 500 million views. In addition, Mark is the President of the Singapore Swimming Association, Co-Chair of the Olympic Esports Week Local Organizing Committee, and a Member of the CoachSG International Advisory Panel. As Academic Director at the International Sports Academy, Mark established relationships with educational institutions in the UK and Australia. Previously, Mark was a Nominated Member of Parliament and National Para Swimming Coach, achieving remarkable success in para swimming. Mark's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Northampton and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Liverpool.
