World Boating Day is a global, non-profit initiative that brings the boating community together to showcase its creativity, culture, expertise and innovation to the world.

By hosting open-day events under one unified banner, companies, shipyards, design studios and organisations have the opportunity to engage new audiences, strengthen industry collaboration and amplify the sector’s visibility.

In our most recent edition, more than 100 events across 18 countries opened their doors to the public — hosting behind-the-scenes tours, workshops, talks and exhibitions. Each participating organisation creates its own experience, becoming part of the global boating map and highlighting the depth and diversity of the industry.

We celebrate the people behind the industry — their passion, culture, creativity and ambition — and invite enthusiasts, professionals, students and media alike to explore the boating world from the inside and discover what makes it extraordinary.
