Margaret Sofio, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMS, has over 30 years of Human Resources experience across various industries, including manufacturing, oil-managed services, and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Fractional Senior Human Resources Advisor and Interim CHRO at The O'Connor Group since 2023, they have previously held key leadership roles such as Chief People Officer at Blommer Chocolate Co. and Vice President at PQ Corporation and C&D Technologies. Throughout their career, Margaret has focused on aligning human resources strategies with business goals, fostering diversity and inclusion, and enhancing organizational performance. Educated at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
