Eric Fries, MBA, SSBB, CQE, has extensive experience in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Quality and Product Development at World Centric from July 2024 to September 2025, Eric previously held roles including Director Global Quality at Kennametal (2021-2024), Department Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Plant Quality Manager at Parker Hannifin (2020-January 2021), and Process Leader and Reliability Engineer at MillerCoors (2011-August 2012). Earlier in Eric's career, participation in the Edison Engineering Development Program and work at GE occurred in 2008. Eric holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
