Heather Fleming

Heather Fleming has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Heather started their career at Van Meter Inc. in 2007, where they held various roles, including Director of Organizational Development, Health, Wellness and Safety Manager, and People Operations Manager. In 2020, they joined World Class Industries as the Director of People & Culture.

Heather Fleming completed their education at Drake University Law School from 1999 to 2002, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa, although the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown. Additionally, Heather holds certifications such as the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2018. Heather also has a License To Practice Law In Iowa, granted by the State of Iowa Supreme Court in 2002.
